Here’s how this works between us — in plain English:
What YourWillPro is
An Australian guided-document service. We help you complete the official Queensland Enduring Power of Attorney form (Form 2 or Form 3) and the Form 6 revocation. We are NOT a law firm. We do NOT provide legal advice.
What you’re buying
A one-time guided session that produces a completed Queensland EPOA PDF in your name, an attorney pre-appointment email pack, and (if applicable) a Form 6 revocation of any prior EPOA. Pricing is shown on the pricing page before payment.
What you’re responsible for
- Telling us the truth on the form (legal names, addresses, eligibility answers).
- Signing the EPOA correctly in front of an eligible witness in person.
- Notifying the people who need to be notified (your attorney(s), any revoked attorney(s), nominees you choose).
- Storing the original signed document somewhere safe.
What we’re responsible for
- Generating a PDF that matches the official Queensland gov form structure.
- Validating the 8 mandatory fields before generating.
- Telling you which witnesses count under QLD law.
- Encrypting your data at rest, with two-layer protection.
- Sending the transactional emails (receipt, magic link, attorney pack).
What we’re not responsible for
- Decisions made by your attorney once the EPOA is active.
- Loss or damage to your physical signed document.
- Misuse of the EPOA by anyone you nominate.
- Outcomes when your situation is more complex than a standard QLD EPOA. (For complex situations, see a lawyer.)

Disputes
Australian consumer law applies. If something goes wrong, email hello@yourwillpro.com.au first — we’ll try to fix it directly. Beyond that, jurisdiction is Queensland.
