Here’s what we do with your data — in plain English:
- Your build session is encrypted at rest. Two layers: a server-held key and a user-held key derived from your sign-in. Sensitive answers can’t be read by us without your active session.
- Email is via Brevo (transactional only: receipts, magic links, attorney appointment packs, your feedback messages). No marketing emails to EPOA customers without an opt-in.
- Payments are via Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers. We store the metadata Stripe returns (charge ID, last 4, billing name) so we can match the receipt to your account.
- Hosting is Cloudflare Pages + Supabase (Australian region where available).
- You can ask for your data. Email privacy@yourwillpro.com.au with the address you signed up with and we’ll export it within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete it.
- We don’t sell or share your data. No ad networks, no third-party trackers. Analytics, if added, will be first-party only.
