What we do
We help you complete the official Queensland Enduring Power of Attorney form (Form 2 or Form 3), and the Form 6 revocation, based on the answers you give us. We fill the official form — we do not advise you on whether it is the right choice for your circumstances.

When to see a lawyer
An Enduring Power of Attorney is an important legal document. If your situation is more complex than a standard Queensland EPOA — for example, blended families, business interests, disputes, questions about capacity, or assets outside Queensland — you should get independent legal advice before signing.
Your responsibility
- The accuracy of what you tell us (legal names, addresses, eligibility answers).
- Signing correctly in front of an eligible witness, in the right order.
- Deciding whether the document reflects what you actually want.
- Storing the signed original safely and notifying the people who need to know.
No guarantee of legal outcome
We take care to match the official Queensland form, but we cannot guarantee that a completed document will be accepted by every bank, institution, or court, or that it will achieve a particular outcome. Acceptance ultimately depends on how you complete, sign, and use it.
